This is me
I began my career in various roles, including customer service support, communication trainer, and Telecom Solution Engineer. My UX journey started in 2011 when, as a new mother, I found myself at home with a newborn as my main job and freelancing as my side hustle. I discovered my knack for creating high-conversion landing pages, that led to numerous other web and mobile projects. It was through these experiences and the UX Crash Course: 31 Fundamentals by Joel Marsh that I realized I was almost practicing Design Thinking.
By 2015, I had evolved into a web designer "unicorn", adept at behavioral analytics, brand designing, web creation using HTML/CSS, CMS platforms. That same year, I joined a startup incubation company, heading design and marketing for four new product startups. One of the projects I am most proud of is a gameful learning app for teenagers and young adults diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension (PH). This project helped me find my ikigai.
Today, my journey has led me to a unique intersection of empathy, behavioral analytics, and design thinking. With a brand new PG Diploma in Data Science, I’ve shifted my focus towards patient experience with Gen AI and Computer Vision —a niche within user experience that perfectly aligns with my passion for making a meaningful impact.
